I would say mostly 95% true. There are a few that go their whole lives but i beleive for the most part that at least one time everyone turns to god for something they need help with. Weather its after someones death or they just need help. Would you agree or disagreeTrue or False? Everyone in their lives at least one point in their life belive their is a god?
TrueTrue or False? Everyone in their lives at least one point in their life belive their is a god?
Here's how your question should have read:
True of False? Everyone at least one point in their lives believes there is a god?
I think that's mostly true also. It's a rarity for a person to be born an atheist, and as people get older, they generally become more accepting of God or a religion.
You have a need for other people to like and admire you, and yet you tend to be critical of yourself.
While you have some personality weaknesses you are generally able to compensate for them.
You have considerable unused capacity that you have not turned to your advantage.
Disciplined and self-controlled on the outside, you tend to be worrisome and insecure on the inside.
At times you have serious doubts as to whether you have made the right decision or done the right thing.
You prefer a certain amount of change and variety and become dissatisfied when hemmed in by restrictions and limitations.
You also pride yourself as an independent thinker; and do not accept others' statements without satisfactory proof.
But you have found it unwise to be too frank in revealing yourself to others.
At times you are extroverted, affable, and sociable, while at other times you are introverted, wary, and reserved.
Some of your aspirations tend to be rather unrealistic.
Yes, but as soon as you realize that the Easter Bunny, Santa, Tooth Fairy, Dragons and your invisible playmate are all lies, then you also question the reality of a god.and or goddess.
I remember how disappointed I was when I learned about the Tooth Fairy; I think I was more devastated over her reality than I was about the fat guy in the red suit. I was always afraid of the big fat guy during the December Holiday Season.
I think, I may have been afraid if he sat on me...I'd be a squished little kid.
I do believe this is true because this country was based on religion. I believed %26amp; went to church but once I got a bit older I started to question %26amp; research the whole god thing. I do not believe %26amp; I have not asked god to comfort me since I have been an adult. We tend to believe what our parents believe until we are old enough to have our own thoughts. So, to answer your question, true but with an * attached to it.
Most people are introduced to a god figure at some point. I was, very early on. The measure of your strength is confronting it objectively. Not spurning it, just questioning it.
';I would say mostly 95% true';
Nice thing about true/false questions, there's no 'mostly' answer.
False.
Please site evidence to support your assertion...
Think and/or believing something without evidence to back it up doesn't make it reality....
i TOTALLY agree! omg there was this one time it was a severe thunderstorn out and i needed to go somewhere so i turned to god and 5 minutes later the rain stopped.
disagree!
especially with the 95% of peope..
i have never believed in god, never will
I agree because so much of society believes in a god.
most Americans also believe in Santa at one point in their lives. does that give some kind of credence to Santa Claus?
God should be your life your whole life
Yes. I was lied to. No, I depend on myself and have for many years.
True/agree.
Probably mostly true, although I doubt the figure is as high as 95%.
Yes, if your parents were theists, then you will be a theist as well until you reach the age of reason (15 - 20)
Definetly false.
It depends on culture, and how you've grown up.
FALSE.
Its true a lot of people go to church
false.
i've never believed in god.
false
Yes but for many not after the age of about 9 or 10
True, even if you were young i'm sure for the majority of people they have once believed in God. I know i have.
