In life is there always true behavior and false behavior?

In life is there always true behavior and false behavior? What is the line? For example two people are saying same things but one is acceptable, the other one is unacceptable...How can it be?In life is there always true behavior and false behavior?
I can't see how I can agree to this. 'Behaviour' is 'behaviour' and cannot be false ....unless we are having an argument over semantics here.

If you saw what you saw and didn't realise it was acted in error, it was still the truth and cannot therefore be a lie.

As for the 'unacceptable' statement you are asking about, it would depend upon Why the unacceptable was unacceptable! On what terms is it so?

Sash..In life is there always true behavior and false behavior?
Are you wondering about the intersection between your reality (what's true for you) and that of another, and if it is at that intersection of common realities where the ';line'; is located?

Not sure I understand your question, but I'm very intrigued by the concept of everyone's realities being what's true for each individual. The trick is to agree on enough commonly-accepted rules to make living among one another possible, peaceful. Not the easiest of achievements -- look at the number of divorces and the number of wars in the world nowadays.
I'm not sure if a understood your question but if seems that is about points of views. Something that is true for me is not necessarily the same to you. It depends on your perception of life and experiences.
WHAT?
how is he acceptable?
